CEBU CITY – Corruption remains a global problem. In the Philippines, corruption is an age-old problem that affects not only its people but also the country’s development.
Philippines ranks 134th among 178 countries listed under the 2010 Corruption Perceptions Index published by the global watchdog Transparency International (TI).
