Lisud na kaayo makasulod o makapangita man lang og trabaho karong mga panahona. Kinihanglan graduate ka sa college o kaha highschool man lang arun ka makatarbaho.
Libo-libo ka mga estudyante kada tuig ang mangita’g tarbaho human sila mo-gradwar sa college. Grabe ang kompetisyon sa pagpang-apply og tarbaho — kadaghanan dili madawat. Kung lisud madawat sa tarbaho ang mga college graduate, unsa na lang kha ang mga high school graduate og samut na ang mga wala kahuman. Mao na kini ang realidad karon.
Kini nga dokumentaryo mopakita kung unsa ka importnate ang edukasyon alang kang Emelianita Agustin, 47 anyos, usa ka metro aide nga na.assign sa Dalan Colon.
Bata pa si Nang Nita gusto na jud siya mahuman og tungha. Apan tungod sa kawad-on sa iyang mga ginikanan, first year high school ra iyang nahuman.
Sayo siyang naka-amgo sa kalisud. Gikan sa Baybay, Leyte, nidayo si Nang Nita dinhi sa Sugbo arun mangita og trabaho.
Dinhi na siya naminyo sa Sugbo. Trantay-dos katuig na siyang minyo sa ang iyang bana, kinsa usa usab ka street cleaner. Gigasahan sila og walo ka mga anak.
Bisan sa kagamay sa sweldo, naningkamot si Nang Nita og tarbaho kay dili siya gusto nga mapareho niya iyang mga anak nga wala nahuman.
Ang kainit, abog, ug kabanha sa trabaho-anan ni Nang Nita wa na niya huna-huna, basta lang makatrabaho siya aron makahuman sa pagtungha ang iyang mga anak.
Kini nga dokumentaryo usa ka istorya sa determinasyon ug kakugi sa usa ka metro aide alang sa iyang mga panganduy.

Thank you to all Metro Aide in Cebu City who keep our city clean!!! I am pretty sure that nobody even paying attention your noble job who keeps our street clean and there so many people who are lacking education on how to keep our city streets clean. A few dozens of metro aide workers cannot keep up with thousands of people who litters throughout our metropolitan. During my time in elementary and high school we were train and discipline on how to keep our community clean from towns to our city. We used to go to houses to clean the surroundings of their house if they were dirty then after our house clean visits the owner keep it clean as they were embarrassed of being visited by students to do the cleaning of their premises. Can we include this our school curriculum starting from kindergarten that cleanliness is a must and important to our health and environment. You don’t really need to go to school to learn cleanliness but if is it needed then we have to teach it at school!!! I am sorry that I am bit out of topic here but I am disgusted to see our street full of litters. People has no respect to our city. Should imposed penalty to those who litters. I salute to you all our METRO AIDE workers.
