Impacts of oil spill on mangroves

UP Visayas Professor, Dr. Rex Sadaba, presented in a forum the short and long term impact of oil spill on mangroves. The forum, organized by 2Go and the municipal government of Cordova, was conducted in Cordova, where several coastal barangays are affected by the Cebu oil spill, coming from the sunken passenger ferry Saint Thomas Aquinas.
